Le 25 Février 2014 il y a eu une activité dans le capital de Lotus F1 Team. En effet, l’équipe a vendu 9% de son capital à une société anglaise d’investissement.
Selon les documents de Compagnie Houses, 6,744,444 actions à 1£ ont été cédé à un certain Andrew Gay, co-fondateur de JAG Shaw Baker une société conseil d’entreprises créée en Juin 2013. Cet accord expirera dans 6 mois et c’est un deal intermédiaire entre Genii Capital et la société JAG Shaw afin de permettre à Lotus F1 Team de trouver un autre investisseur courant 2014.

According Compagnie Houses, 6,744,444 shares at £ 1 were transferred to Andrew Gay, co-founder of JAG Shaw Baker a law firm dedicated to advising entrepreneurs, companies and investors in high-growth industries.This agreement will expire in 6 months and it is an intermediate deal between the company Genii Capital and JAG Shaw, to allow Lotus F1 Team to find another investor in 2014.
